In my journey of becoming as good as i can be challenges occur and it is essential for me to stay on track keep on doing right and massiv action each day in for my vision.

After a stressful day today at work with an incredibility busy mind spinning and spinning just not wanted to ge focused. The massage i read so clear today was that i need to get in the right stat. It was so painful to wanting so much but so little got done because of the wrong state. What gets me in a strong state where i know nothing is impossible and it is all happening right here right now.

Get in stat so that you can act and act strong

If you are in a low state nothing will get done other the low stuff. Do you want massive positive action or minor insignificant?

Make sure you get high. Get your body moving, your heart beating, your breath increasing. Feel alive, Connect to your heart, to your gut and to your balls/ovaries.

What makes you come alive? What things make you feel strong, pumped up and energized? When do you feel invincible? Do it now!!!! stop thinking wondering in negative shit. Step away from old negative mind loops. Get in state and then act. That is it. JUST DO IT.

I have developed a few habits i do more or less often to set me in a correct state. These are more to give me an experience of vitality and high worth.

Meditate awaken
Workout
Being present and hold space for others
Connect to peoples hearts and let my self vibrate with otters and be the transponder
Express my string of passion
Connecting to the wonders in my life
Connecting and acting in my purpose
Creating value from my vibrating being to others expressing my power and my gifts.
Standing up for my wife hounding, admiring, loving and holding her.
SEX
Celebrate my accomplishments.

In the moment of feeling low in energy and creativity DO not get passive. Be gentle and absorb some positive input. Read and or reaffirm personal vision statement, purpose, values.

Listen to or read personal affirmations

Do a workout – 50 Jumping jacks or anything

Turn up the music with a beat

Dance

Get up and have a glass of water

When you are in a really really strong state you can do anything and get a bite of the most challenging task. If that state is not archived i ask myself:

What output could i do now that feels light and exiting and are serving my purpose?
